Ah, after three weeks of horrible weather (rain, sleet, and snow) we are up to 85 today. Okay, that is way too damn hot right now. Where are my 60s or even 70s. Where oh where is spring?
Anyway, this past weekend was really nice, so we visited the Philadelphia Book Festival. It was really nice. M had never been inside the Central Library so I took him for a little tour. His favorite was the Rare Books Collection, which includes Dickens' stuffed raven, Grip. This bird was supposedly the inspiration for Poe's The Raven.
Yesterday, we ran errands and had a few friends over for a barbecue. I mean, we have to use our wonderful large patio. Oh, I am so happy to have an outdoor space!
